TeesTanks.com now enabled Cash payment option for the convenience of it's customers. We now have an array of payment options for our customers, accepting various credit cards, net banking and now cash payments. With the increasing customer base, we were getting a lot of requests for cash payments from the customers and we decided to enable it immediately and we have got tremendous response and has increased our business dramatically. We also introduced this for the benefit of those customers who did not have credit cards/debit cards or any form of online payments. A lot of customers took advantage of cash payments during our Holi offer.
We want to call out that, cash payment option is not like a COD option, but it's more like Cash before Delivery. We have tied up with GharPay as a partner for accepting cash payments. Once you place an order online using the cash payment option, GharPay automatically gets notified. GharPay then will call you and set up an appointment to collect cash and once they collect it, they will notify us. TeesTanks.com will immediately ship the product as soon as we get the notification from GharPay. If the customer is in reach then GharPay will collect the cash with in 24 - 48 hours depending on the location where the money will be collected from. We have great confidence in this model which is a win win situation for all of us and we are really excited about this payment option.
